π Actions
A workflow is comprised of modules/components which perform an action. If a workflow has 10 components, it will consume 10 actions every time it is run.
π§ User License
All subscriptions come with 2 Administrator/Editor licenses and 10 End User licenses included, so you can get your team up and running in Workflow86 right away.

If your workflow is open to the public (i.e. it can be run and started by anyone) then you don’t need to be an End User to run or start it.
πͺ Additional User Licenses
Additional Administrator/Editor licenses can be purchased for an additional $19 per user per month.
Additional End User licenses can be purchased for $2 per user per month for the first 50 licenses, and then for $1 per user per month for licenses beyond 50.
πΎ File Uploads and Storage
When a workflow is run, it may store files uploaded during its course (e.g. a file uploaded to a form) or it may generate files such as documents. These are stored inside the platform where you can access them via link or download them. Each plan comes with a limit to how many files can be stored in Workflow86.
